Terms of Service & Privacy Notice

Last updated 26 September 2026. By buying, downloading, or using Temple.nz or its loader, you agree to everything below. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1.What Temple.nz is

Temple.nz ("Temple", "we", "us") is a paid, client-side modification ("the client") for the game Minecraft, delivered through a desktop application ("the loader"). It is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang, Microsoft, DonutSMP, or any server or platform it may be used on.

Using a client-side modification may break the rules of Minecraft, of Microsoft, and of the servers you play on, and may result in those parties suspending or banning your game account or access. You use Temple entirely at your own risk, and you alone are responsible for any consequence to your game accounts or standing. We do not guarantee that the client avoids detection by any anti-cheat, server, or platform.

2.Who may use it

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and you must be permitted to make the purchase (for example, using a card that is yours or that you are authorised to use). You are responsible for keeping your account, your Discord, and your license key secure, and for everything done through them.

3.Purchases, plans and payment

Plans and prices are shown on the site and are in US dollars. The amount charged is the amount confirmed at checkout.
Card and wallet payments are processed by Square; cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments. We never see or store your full card number. Each processor handles your payment under its own terms and privacy policy.
The Monthly plan is a recurring subscription that renews every month until you cancel it. One Month and Lifetime are one-time purchases. Cryptocurrency is available only for the one-time plans.
Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back a payment in bad faith (for example after using the client) is a breach of these terms and will result in your license and access being blocked.

4.Your license key

Each purchase issues one license key. It is shown to you on this site after payment and sent to you in a Discord direct message, which is why you must be a member of our Discord server to buy. It is not sent by email.
A key locks to the first computer it is activated on (identified by a hardware fingerprint) and runs on that one computer only. The Lifetime plan may move to a new computer a limited number of times per month; the other plans move only when staff reset them.
Your key is personal. Do not share, sell, publish, or transfer it. Anyone who has your key can use your access, and any activity under your key is your responsibility.
We may pause or revoke a key to protect the product — for example on a suspected tamper (see section 6), a payment problem, a refund, or a breach of these terms.

5.The loader and access to the client

The real client is encrypted and is not present on your computer until you sign in to the loader with a valid, active key. The loader verifies your key and hardware with our server and only then retrieves and runs the client, in protected form. If your key is invalid, paused, revoked, blocked, or bound to another computer, the loader will not unlock the client.

6.Anti-tamper protection and what it collects

To protect the client from piracy, cracking, reverse engineering, and cheating detection, the loader continuously runs integrity, debugging, virtual-machine, and tamper checks on the environment it runs in. By using the loader you consent to this monitoring and to the collection described here.

If the loader detects tampering, reverse engineering, a debugger or analysis tool, a virtual machine or sandbox, or other interference, it will immediately pause your license and sign you out, and it will collect and send to us a report that may include:

the type and details of what was detected, and technical information about your device and operating system;
hardware identifiers that fingerprint your computer;
your IP address;
and a screenshot of your screen taken at the moment of detection.

This information is transmitted to our private staff channel and used solely to investigate the detection, to decide whether to restore or block the license, and to prevent piracy and abuse. A screenshot taken at the moment of detection may capture whatever is on your screen at that time; if you do not want that to happen, do not tamper with the loader and do not run it alongside prohibited tools. A paused license can be restored by staff if the flag was a mistake.

Confirmed or repeated tampering leads to a permanent block of your license and of the identifiers tied to it (hardware fingerprint, IP address, and Discord account). A block takes effect when a license is next activated on a computer, so buying again or spoofing your details after a block will simply cause the new details to be recorded and blocked as well, with no refund.

7.What you must not do

reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, crack, or attempt to extract or recreate the client or loader, or defeat any of their protections;
share, resell, rent, publish, or redistribute the client, the loader, or your key;
run the loader inside a virtual machine, sandbox, debugger, or analysis environment, or alongside tools intended to inspect or modify it;
use the product for any unlawful purpose, or to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any system or account that is not yours.

8.Discounts and referral codes

Discount and referral codes have no cash value, may be limited in how many times they can be used, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Abusing codes — for example generating orders only to earn referral rewards — voids the codes and any rewards.

9.Refunds

The client is a digital product delivered immediately, so purchases are generally non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, refund a purchase that was never activated. No refund is given where a license has been used, blocked for tampering or abuse, or where a payment has been disputed in bad faith. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be refunded once confirmed on the network. Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

10.Availability, updates and "as is"

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the client, the loader, individual features, or the whole service at any time, including to keep working against game and server updates. The product is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, undetected by any anti-cheat, or fit for a particular purpose.

11.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of a game account, in-game items, progress, standing, or data, arising from your use of the product or from any ban or action taken by a game, server, or platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

12.Suspension and termination

We may pause, block, or end your access at any time for a breach of these terms, for tampering or abuse, or to protect the product or other users. On termination for breach, no refund is due, and the sections that by their nature should survive (including sections 6, 7, 10, 11 and 13) continue to apply.

13.Privacy — what we collect and why

We keep what we need to run the product and protect it, and no more:

Your Discord username and ID — to deliver your key, give you the customer role, and support you.
Purchase information — the plan, amount, and a reference from the payment processor. Your payment details are handled by Square or NOWPayments, not by us.
License and device data — your license key, the hardware fingerprint it is bound to, and the IP address and time it was last used, so a key runs on one computer and blocks can be enforced.
Tamper reports — where the loader detects interference, the detection details, hardware identifiers, IP address, and a screenshot as described in section 6.

We use this data only to operate, support, and protect the product and to enforce these terms. We do not sell it. We share it only with the payment processors named above (for payment) and hosting providers that store it for us, and where we are required to by law. We keep it for as long as your license exists and as long as needed to prevent abuse, then remove it. To ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion where the law gives you that right, contact us on Discord. Some records tied to a block may be kept to keep the block effective.

14.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top will change, and continuing to use the product after a change means you accept the new terms.
